Falling leaves and happy birds....

Lots of Red-Winged Blackbirds foraging through seeds and leaves.

I never put my leaves out to the curb for pickup. I simply put them around my trees and garden beds and let them compost like they do in the forest. By mimicking nature, I invite birds, insects, worms and a natural compost system. Not to mention a LOT less work and money.
